5 Be Present - Here and Now
6 Ego
The perspectives we should analyse each Mind Pillar in order to have a complete understanding are:
Self versus Others
and
Awareness versus Improvement.
Thus, for Emotions we would have:
- Self-Awareness,
- Self-Regulation,
- Social-Awareness,
- Relationships Management.
All those 4 sub-pillars together are forming Emotional Intelligence (well known in the literature) with the corresponding assessment of the EQ.
