It depends on the level of the adult mind development asking him/herself this question. Hence during the Webinar will discuss about the levels of mind development once we reach adulthood.

Correlation between Adult development and Success definition
For first level of adult development, success is related to external validation needs, such as: Safety, Comfort and Belonging.
For second level, success is related to to self-confirmed virtues, such as: Advancing, Performing, Being Recognized/Valued.
For the third and last level of our mind development, success is related to different needs, such as Adding Value, Contributing, Elevating others.

Traditional Model: DO more now to HAVE more tomorrow and to (maybe) BE someone in the future
New Success Model: BE more now, DO your passions and strengths in order to HAVE balance in life
Future driven Success Model: Based on your future desired Identity (BE) and desired level of your Life (HAVE for life areas), DO now the necessary steps
