Once we bring clarity at Mind and Conscious Life level of the individual person, next destination is to apply the same pillars and principals to a team (community of people).
The pillars to build a Conscious Organisation are:
1 The Purpose/Meaning of the Organisation
2 The Values which drive the Organisation
3. The CSR and ESG aspects of an Organisation
4. It's not only about Profit, there are other two 'P's: People and Planet
5. All stakeholders integration
6. Conscious Culture and Management
In order to have a complete perspective of Conscious Leadership we should consider all areas within an Organisation and beyond the Organisation:
Individul -> Team,
Team -> Line of Business,
Line of Business -> Organisation,
Organisation -> Corporation,
Corporation -> Society
(e.g.Conscious Capitalism)
Society -> Planet
Thus, to have clarity on "Meaning of the Organisation", leaders have to be able to answer to the following questions:
