Current perception is that being a leader in an organization is a role somebody is entitling you after you prove (after some hard work) you deserve it. Leadership is not only a role, it is in fact a behaviour and you should not really be entitled in order to behave as an authentic leader - at work, in community or together with your family.
In this mastermind we'll discover together which are the characteristics of a conscious leader and which are the steps us to perform in order to behave aligned with our growth values.
In this first session we'll understand and discuss the following topics:
- Conscious Leadership Principles
- Concepts: Leadership, Consciousness, Consciousness Business
- Higher Purpose, Vision, Mission and Impact
- Frameworks of Conscious Leaderships: Authentic, Servant, Positive, Adaptive
Starting with the second session, we'll deep dive into some of the tenants of Conscious Leadership such as:
- Developing Shared Values
- Identify Your Higher Purpose
- Conscious Leadership in front of Today Turbulent Times
- Sitting with Paradox & Ambiguity - Polarities
In the third session we will discuss about the importance to improve not only our IQ, but also EQ as a Leader and also to bring clarity on our inner compass in such a way to enlarge the perspective of our world perception:
- Importance of Emotional Intelligence (EQ) in Leadership Context
- Mindful Listening
- Individual World View and Organization's Culture
- Inner Compass
In the fourth session we will focus on behaviours under the umbrella of conscious leadership which will ensure the space for the team (part of the psychological safety) in such a way that both the experiences/activities and satisfactions in the team will be higher versus traditional way of doing things:
- Stakeholders Integration
- Dare to Lead: Vulnerability, Empathy, Self-Compassion, Courage, Curiosity, Resilience, Perseverence
- Presence - In a Conscious Leader
- Mindful Action - In a Conscious Leader
In the last session we will get an understanding about conscious teams and conscious organizations, as an effect of conscious leadership behaviour inside the organization
